What is the unhealthiest thing that you eat?

Southern food in the USA for breakfast is probably the worst. Bleached flour biscuits smothered is gravy. Fried eggs, fried sausage or steak, fried bacon, fried hasbrowns, toast with jelly or butter. Cancer and heart disease made with love, served on the table.
I believe the Idea of saturated fat / cholesterol causing heart disease Is a myth / based on bad and outdated science.
 
McDonald's, Wendy's, potato chips.

When I want mcdonald's while cutting I don't get fries or a fountain drink. Just 2 Mcdoubles with a bottle of water. Still not great but it doesn't completely bust my calorie intake for the day.

bro science? I've been studying nutrition for over 6 years, It's been based on some pretty poor evidence / science for a long time. Correlation does not Imply causation. Educate yourself.
