He tried to hang himself he almost died but they saved him this was before his trial, he used to be an Atheist anarchist but apparently became a born again Christian in prison now.

Doesn’t he have a life sentence?

The prosecution offered him a 5-10 year plea and he rejected it insisting on going to trial. Also there is some precedent to have his sentence reduced but he hasn't exactly been the model prisoner. He is a pain in the ass to deal with and is an emotional nightmare. He might be better off locked up for the rest of his life.

Actually they were 18-40 and 16 to life pretty sure

He had horrible attorneys

He should have taken the 16 to have a chance at parole ASAP

Instead he got consecutive 15-life sentences and a few small ones sprinkled in to get him to 36 years before parole eligibility

He had nothing to gain at trial

That's his problem. He showed no signs that he could be rehabilitated. He showed no interest in Any sort of plea deal. He plead innocent for crying out loud. The guy is a lunatic. Showed no remorse in trial, laughed, acted like a goon. You didn't want this going to trial and have all the gorey details aired out yet again in a trial in front of the judge, prosecution team and jury. He deserves this. He could have salvaged what was left of his life and career. Even if he had to serve 5 years.

He did at trial concede guilt to like 8 charges

again horrible attorneys basically conceding several elements of the crime and hoping the jury would feel sorry for him and find him not guilty on the rest.


I didn’t find the rape charges credible or fair as some were alleged to have happened in another state.

Nevada has some strict mandatory sentencing guidelines, and again , with what he was facing not taking the plea , with his past, and making the porn star victim rehash it all in public!!!!! never a good idea.
