UFC Welterweight Champions with least-to-most Top 10 ranked wins at Welterweight.

lmao look at this list...only 3 guys would hang today and no one counts Hendricks as a win for gsp.

Hughes was almost 40 when gsp finally beat him.
He legit lost the first fight to BJ.

Miller, Trigg, Kos, Serra, Avles, Hardy and diaz had NO business being in title fights.

Condit average fighter his record shows this. Great skills but average career.

Sheilds is an all time great and he beat gsp on the feet for 2 rounds which is quite possibly the most embarassing stat of all time for any goat.

I rate Fitch way higher than most, great win.

and thats about it.

This is honestly the weakest competition ever.

#9 Jason Miller
#7 Frank Trigg
#8 Sean Sherk
#2 B.J. Penn
#1 Matt Hughes
#4 Josh Koscheck
#3 Matt Hughes
#1 Matt Serra
#2 Jon Fitch
#2 Thiago Alves
#5 Dan Hardy
#3 Josh Koscheck
#2 Jake Shields
#2 Carlos Condit
#5 Nick Diaz
#2 Johny Hendricks

It's mostly just him being unlucky with the way FightMatrix ranked most of his opponents due to the majority of them competing and being ranked at Middleweight before fighting at Welterweight.

Exactly.
It would be cool if you clarified this in the OP. Not just related to Miletich all those heavily affected by FightMatrix system, who by the way DIDNT EVEN EXIST back then

Usman better not retire before fighting Khamzat

Arent padded wins???

No. They're not. Context and skill relative to his peers within the division elevate those wins beyond you looking back at them over a decade later with the finality of those careers. There are quality wins on that list. You being as aggressive and dismissive as possible makes your posts seem as if they're imbued with bias.

50% of Usman's top ten wins were against former Lightweights.

But are they actually undersized at WW.

Burns, for example, is not undersized at all. A bunch of those guys are probably better off at WW than killing themselves to make LW.
