Forcing employee status on the UFC will just result in the UFC losing money, which in turn will lead to a shrunk roster, less events, and more focus on theatrics over fighting.

Less events and a smaller roster sounds fine to me. The more focus on theatrics over fighting has been going on for quite a while now.

The extra events, though, are in exchange for TV deals. Without those, no tv deals, no money influx, no growth
