Premeditation, how does it even work? No. His texts messages before the event show intent
But what if he changed his mind right after he drove into the crowd?????Premeditation, how does it even work?
WHilst he is clearly a shit person and it kinda looks like he went to the trouble to get himself into the situation(if these messages are all true), he still shot the white guy armed with an Ak47 in the middle of the street. Sure you can walk down the street in Texas like that, but it's kind of a situation where everyone was wrong in their actions. Most other countries in the world, the two just chest poke each other and throw a few punches. In America we end up with people shooting each other. It's crazy to think that he actually has a legal right to drive into the middle of a protest, have a gun pointed towards him and then shoot the guy and is probably justified via self defence. What a world we live in.No. His texts messages before the event show intent
He was guilty before he fired his first shot!!!But what if he changed his mind right after he drove into the crowd?????
That happens when you plan out how you will try to get away with murder, then make sure to tell everyone you know.He was guilty before he fired his first shot!!!

Hot damn! He played mind tricks and forced the retard to fall right into his carefully planned trap and the racist governor threatened the review board to recommend a pardon. Its diabolical!!That happens when you plan out how you will try to get away with murder, then make sure to tell everyone you know.
The board that gets appointed by the governor and can be remove by the governor for any reason? Nothing to see there. Imagine a far right guy loving pure authoritarianism from his side. Who would have guessed?Hot damn! He played mind tricks and forced the retard to fall right into his carefully planned trap and the racist governor threatened the review board to recommend a pardon. That's quite theory. Imagine a far left goof having a good chuckle about the J6 protestor that got shot and embarrassingly flailing around over this. The board that gets appointed by the governor and can be remove by the governor for any reason? Abbott said he wanted it then the people he appointed and can remove gave it to him weird how that worked out. That's quite theory. Imagine a far left goof having a good chuckle about the J6 protestor that got shot and embarrassingly flailing around over this.
Didn’t two DAs free the McMicheals when they murdered Aubrey?the previous DA, who saw the evidence, felt it should not have.
That's pretty weak rationale. Does it apply to the woke DA who brought charges, after they had already been dismissed by another? Only the perceived right wing people can be partisan, right?Abbott said he wanted it then the people he appointed and can remove gave it to him weird how that worked out.
Well when that DA took it to trial the defense team couldn't put up a winning strategy and he was convicted by a jury. Obviously there were some major doubts that Perry could get this conviction over turned. The pardon especially so quickly after the trial is a subversion of the justice system. Not even an attempt at an appeal. Amazing that calling the DA corrupt is cool, but not the governor and his direct power over the appeals board. That's pretty weak rationale. Anyways, it's over. All this crying and whining ain't gonna reverse his pardon.
Look, it was clearly a complex case. Hence, why there are conflicting views on it with different DA's. You can post some more angry walls of text, but you're not doing anything but pissing yourself off. It's over. Nobody cares. You won't be able to cite this guy's name without the aid of Google in three months.Well when that DA took it to trial the defense team couldn't put up a winning strategy and he was convicted by a jury. I'll post however I feel like, thanks for the concern.Look, it was clearly a complex case. Hence, why there are conflicting views on it with different DA's.
