Notes: Really good today. This is the first time these have ever felt remotely decent. Dave was happy with them, too, so maybe I'm on to something.

Clean & Jerk: 295x1+2x4

Notes: Pretty easy. When we do clean & jerks this light, it always seems like I have to try "less" when I'm cleaning because otherwise I just pull it way too high.

Squat: 365x5x5

Notes: ACE wraps and belt. Pretty easy.

Ab Stuff: 3 rounds

Notes: Supposed to do 2x3 for backoffs but it felt light, so I just did all six.

Notes: I came all the way back around to using knee sleeves today and this is as pain free as I can remember lifting.

Its one that I'm hosting, so it should be fairly low pressure. I just want to get in some good attempts and look for a 6/6 day.

I plan on doing at least two more before Nationals in August, so I should be ready for a good showing.

I'll be honest, I'm just as surprised as you are that I actually push jerked them. It would have been easier just to push press them.

Notes: These were supposed to be power, and there were a few thrown in there, but I am terrible at power snatches, so to hit five doubles at this weight is a tall order. Snatches were all pretty solid, though.

Power Clean: 345x1

Front Squat: 425x1x5

Notes: These felt really heavy, but I haven't this kind of volume at this kind of weight in a long, long time, so its a big step back in the right direction.

Notes: I didn't feel like doing full hang cleans. Really easy.

Split Jerk: 355x2x5

Notes: These were pretty solid, but didn't feel great. That is huge because I still hit all of these without a problem and my best double ever is 375.

Notes: Everything was surprisingly easy today considering I went to a concert last night and didn't get home until 1:30 and had to be up by 6:00 for my before school group.

Notes: I wanted to hit my planned snatch attempts for the meet in two weeks because I haven't had a lot of practice with heavy attempts from the floor. I smoked them all.

Block Clean & Jerk: 335x1

Notes: This was really easy. I just completely ran out of juice after this. I'd say the lack of sleep was the main culprit, as I wasn't able to fall asleep when I tried to take a nap. Still a good day.
 
Block Snatch: 220x3x5

Notes: Pretty good. I was moving fast and everything was pretty vertical.

Power Clean: 375x1x4

Notes: Not too bad, actually. I was surprised.

Notes: Supposed to be 3x3 but I wouldn't have gotten the third rep of the sets and my right wrist started bothering me during the pause.

Notes: Not very good today. Reps got worse as they went on.

Clean & Jerk: 355x1+2x4

Notes: Jerks weren't feeling great today, but still smoked all of these.

Squat: 405x5x5

Notes: Back to pain free back squatting, which is good. I absolutely hate squatting, though.

Going to do the ab stuff tomorrow.
