Trump to leave protections for U.S.'dreamer' migrants

Trump will not win any brownie points for this, the people that are against will always be against him, this changes nothing. I know he's always been pro-DACA but my problem with it is that we send the message that we give more leeway to non-citizens as far as laws go than we give to our own citizens.

it's not about brownie points, he just feels it's wrong to do deportation stuff to kids who had no control, and as we have laid out, he always has.

it's like what i said b4, DACA is really weak, but so was "don't as, don't tell", it's the same situation. Later on DACA will be something everyone can stomach, but for now, kids that were taken from their foreign home and their parents chose to live illegally in the US, AND have become good upstanding (illegal) citizens, well, just turn a blind eye to them, and focus on the real criminals.
