Yeah, the article makes it fairly clear that the other parts of the lawsuit are proceeding. Looks like in the defamation suit, Stormy has to pay Trump's legal fees.

Seems likely, but they sure seem to be making it tougher on themselves than necessary. If they could have muzzled Avennatti during the Kavanaugh brouhaha they might have had a chance at the Senate too.
