If a man is in the women's bathroom, people will call security. Under genderless bathrooms you make it easy for any creep to walk in, get out his phone and start recording a woman in the stall next to him. This policy is like leaving your door unlocked and advertising it to the entire neighbourhood. Your argument is "Well, if they wanted to break in, they would have done so anyway." That's completely retarded.

So in your fantasyland people wouldnt call mall security when a man pulled the phone out? I'm saying it's the same level of threat that existed before and if violent predators were motivated to assault someone in a public washroom the gender assignation of the space wouldn't prevent them.

Last year in Toronto the CNE (Canadian National Exhibition) made a big deal about the fact that they were having gender neutral bathrooms. They even held a press conference about it. It was a giant, empty feeling gesture because they were only referring to single stall washrooms.

It's very easy for people not to notice the phone, or for the creep to wait until him and the woman are alone in the bathroom. She would have to look up or down at the correct time or it would escape her notice. You're the one living in a fantasy land where magical forces have eyes on these men 24/7. A genderless bathroom is a constant liability and shouldn't be put it place just to appease 0.3% of the population. And even then, trans people ask to use the bathroom of the opposite sex, nobody asked for genderless bathrooms. Young girls are at risk by using the same bathrooms as grown men, an open door invitation for pedos. You always bring up rape because you want to gloss over the huge liability of harassment and secret recordings these bathrooms bring, you ain't fooling anyone.

You really put a lot of thought into the creeping scenario, too much some would say, but my original point still stands. If someone is motivated enough to film women covertly they will do so regardless of the assignation of the bathroom. Changing the sign on the door would not magically turn a nonpretador into a predator.

Not allowing grown men into areas where women and girls are in a state of undress and therefore potentially more vulnerable is not just a question of modesty, it's a safety issue. The fact we even have to explain this in the first place shows how far we have gone with this. Like it or not there are predatory men out there who are going to take advantage of this and it puts females at increased, easily avoidable and totally unnecessary risk. As the links I provided show.

But the people who push this don't seem to care about inconvenient things like consequences and if this leads to more women and girls getting sexually assaulted then so be it. As long as their agenda continues to get pushed that is all that matters to them.

Between stuff like this and biological men now competing in women's sports, a lot of this 'transgender agenda' is starting to look more and more like a concerted attack on biological females to me.

Dude that's how it used to be, no one would bat an eye and then conservatives had a problem with the people you couldn't supposedly "bat an eye to" because of the children, and then this whole political shit show has happened.
