Top 50 Best Regional Promotions (Fall Update)

picture.php

40. Made 4 The Cage - [Sunderland, England, UK] - M4TC has collected a lot of the fighters from the former Ultimate Warrior Combat promotion and have brought in some good British prospects. They put on good shows and have some interesting prospects, but they really need to do a better job promoting their events.

Next Event: Made 4 The Cage 15 Bad Blood

Next big thing: James Mulheron (HW, 6-0) – Already in his career, Mulheron has made himself the top Heavyweight in the UK. He’s had all of his fights in the M4TC promotion, with his last two wins over European veterans Stav Economou (15-4-1) and Neil Wain (13-4). With how few and far between Heavyweight prospects can be, I expect Mulheron to be in UFC for one of the next events they have in England.

Who he should fight next? – He’s fighting Dayman Lake at M4TC 15 on November 29th.

[YT]uh9DoyR78d8[/YT]

Next in line: Craig Turner (WW, 6-0-1) – With Walter Gahadza and Ryan Scope moving on to BAMMA, Turner becomes the premier Welterweight for M4TC. Fighting out of Team Rough House, Turner hasn’t been very active this year. His only fight this year was a Split Draw with Alan Johnston (6-2-1).

Who he should fight next? – Either a rematch with Alan Johnston (6-2-1) or a fight with Chris Thirkell (3-0) should be in the cards unless M4TC finds a Welterweight more suitable for him.

[YT]CTzP074m2Vs[/YT]

Best of the Rest: Stav Economou (HW, 15-4), Lukasz Parobiec (HW, 9-3), Dayman Lake (HW, 6-3), Avi Jack (MW, 7-3), Graham Langley (MW, 4-0), Craig Turner (WW, 6-0-1), Alan Johnston (WW, 6-2), Chris Thirkell (WW, 3-0), O’icebox Okunnu (BW, 5-1)

Journeymen: Phil de Fries (HW, 10-4), Ali Maclean (LW, 13-8-1), Paul Cook (LW, 14-5)

Alumni:
BAMMA – Ryan Scope, Walter Gahadza
Cage Warriors – Lewis Monarch, Kyle Redfearn
UFC - Davey Grant
Bellator - Eugene Fadiora

41. Victory Fighting Championship - [Omaha, Nebraska, USA] - Victory has been around In the Plains area since 2002. They’ve had some of the best guys in the region fighting for them. The best thing about them is the fact that they re-sign their veteran talent back after they’ve left the major org mix. Since there’s so many orgs moving about the midwest, plains, and south, some of the talent will fight for all of them. They need to do more than 3 major shows this year because they have some talented guys coming up. If they can’t get fights, they can get a spot with Dakota FC or a shot with Titan/RFA.

Next Event: VFC 44

Next big thing: Zach Micklewright (LW, 14-3) – Four years removed from a 1-2 stint in WEC’s shark tank Lightweight division, Micklewright might finally be ready for the big leagues. While he’s only had three fights since being knocked out by retired UFC vet Bart Palaszewski and Top 10 Featherweight Dustin Poirier, he had a strong finish against RFA veteran Zak Ottow (7-2) in his last fight. While this is his debut for VFC, he’s fighting for the title already. He now also has 8 years of fighting under his belt. This could slow him down a bit, but at 28 it’s now or never.

Who he should fight next? – He’s fighting for the Lightweight title against Matt Delanoit (25-12) at VFC 44 on December 13th.

[YT]GMWYqiyusY0[/YT]

Next in line: Brandon Pfannenstiel (FW, 6-1) – There isn’t too many other top guys to choose from for this org anymore with many getting picked up by UFC. Pfannenstiel is a game opponent with 5 finishes. His upcoming fight will be his first in a year almost to the date.

Who he should fight next? – He’s fighting Joe Pearson (44-21-1) at VFC 44 on December 13th.

[YT]vFARakW6-l4[/YT]

Best of the Rest: Josh Rosaaen (MW, 9-2), Cody Sherwood (MW, 3-0), Travis Coyle (WW, 12-6), Travis Peak (WW, 12-3), Ryan Shell (6-1), Eric Daigle (LW, 3-1)

Journeymen: Ryan Jensen (MW, 20-8), Matt Delanoit (LW, 25-12), Alonzo Martinez (LW, 36-16-1), Sean Wilson (FW, 34-22), Ryan Roberts (FW, 20-10-1), Joe Wilk (FW, 17-9), Joe Pearson (FW, 44-21-1), Junior Hernandez (BW, 15-6), Josh Rave (FLW, 20-11-1)

Alumni:
UFC - Jake Lindsey, Drew Dober, Joe Ellenberger, Tecia Torres, Justin Salas, Mirsad Betkic, Travis Browne, Jake Ellenberger, Ben Henderson, Spencer Fisher
Titan FC - Jason Brilz, Brian Foster, Eric Marriott
Bellator - Josh Neer, LC Davis, Dakota Cochrane
Fight Time - Kamarudeen Usman
WSOF - Justin Gaethje
Dakota FC - Travis Wiuff
Other – Jeremy Spoon, Nate Williams, Brian Houston, Nick Mamalis, Razak al-Hassan, Jake Hecht, Matt Ricehouse, Chris Camozzi, Jacob Volkmann, Bobby Voelker, Jason High, Rob Kimmons
Retired – Clint Godfrey, Justin Eilers, Jorge Gurgel, Dan Severn

42. Inka FC/Peru FC/ 300 Sparta/Fusion Fighting Championship – [Lima, Peru] - I put these promotions together because they seem to work closely together. There isn’t a ton of prospects in Peru, but the ones they do have are fighting all the time due to these promotions working closely together. Many have had as many at 8 fights in a two year span. Right now, South American MMA is dominated by Brazilians, but Peruvians may start giving them a run for their money in a few years.

Next Event: Inka FC Warriors 3

Next big thing: Cristiano Estela (LW, 11-1) – David Cubas was moved off this list due to his age and the likelihood of him being signed by a major org due to his age. The top spot is handed to Cristiano Estela. Estela has finished 9 of his 12 opponents and has only suffered one setback, which came against Jaime Cordoba (3-3) in July. What he’ll need to do now is prove that he’s not just a can beater, as he’s looked good in victory. He was supposed to fight his best opponent yet in Claudio Puelles (6-1), but the fight fell through.

Who he should fight next? – He’s fighting Daniel Baldeon (1-1) at Trujillo FC 2 on November 28th.

[YT]2Eis83XDEnM[/YT]

Next in line: Rollie Peterkin (FLW, 6-0) – Former College Wrestler Peterkin is following in the footsteps of Bellator fighter Ben Reiter by being an American citizen, but going back to his roots in Peru to start his MMA career. Where Peterkin differs from Reiter is that he had a career on Wall Street before deciding to try MMA out. Currently, he’s not well known outside of Peru. If he keeps winning though, he could be on the same track as Reiter. The competition is definitely easier there than if he were to do the east coast circuit. He’s not very experienced, but his wrestling should pay dividens in Peru.

Who he should fight next? – He was due to fight Olympic alternate Sidney Guzman (2-0) in his most recent fight, but he had to pull out due to injury. This fight still makes sense. Peterkin, will have to take fights at Flyweight and Bantamweight to stay busy as there aren’t a ton of Peruvian Flyweights at the moment. I’m sure he could get some fights from the giant batch of Flyweights currently fighting in Brazil.

[YT]wX4BVTjrusY[/YT]

Best of the Rest: Hector Arevalo (MW, 5-1), Cristiano Estela (WW, 11-1), Marco Olano (WW, 5-1), Jose Zarauz (LW, 7-0-1), Yesus Moran (LW, 5-1), Enrique Barzola (FW, 10-2-1), Luis Marlon Gonzalez (FW, 6-1-1), Claudio Puelles (FW, 6-1), Sergio Giglio (FW, 4-0), Martin Mollinedo (BW, 13-5), Alexis Ramos (BW, 3-0), Humberto Bandenay (BW, 5-2), Rollie Peterkin (FLW, 3-0), Valentina Shevchenko (W135, 3-1)

Journeymen: Andrew Smith Flores (LHW, 14-6), David Cubas (LW, 15-3), Diego Arturo Huerto Jauregui (FW, 16-3-1), Johnny Iwasaki (FW, 12-6)

Alumni:
UFC – Marlon Vera, Carlos Galinado, Marcos Rogerio de Lima
Bellator - Emiliano Sordi, Ben Reiter
One FC - Luis Santos
Titan FC - D'Juan Owens
Legacy - Michelle Nicolini
Jungle Fight - Fernando di Pierro
Shooto Brazil - Fernando Bruno
CEF – Gilberto Dias
Other – Flavio Alvaro, Carina Damm, Alexandre Franca Nogueira

43. Fight Time Promotions – [Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, USA] - Former Pro boxer and Olympic gold medalist Howard Davis Jr.’s Fight Time Promotions have been quietly building their niche in the South Floria area the past few years. Them and Island Fights have taken over for the CFA promotion that was doing big shows in Florida the past couple years. 2015 looks like it could be a big year for FTP, as they’ve signed several big league fighters. I’m sure Davis being the boxing instructor at Florida’s American Top Team helps them find fighters as well.

Next Event: Fight Time 22

Next big thing: Jason Soares (FW Champ 7-0) – 25 year old Jason Soares has been very impressive so far in his Fight Time career. After winning 5 straight all by Rear-Naked Choke, he finally earned himself an armlock submission victory in his most recent win aganst Randy Barroso (6-7) in which he won the Featherweight title. He also defeated Strikeforce/Bellator veteran JP Reese in his fight previous to that. Soares hasn’t faced top competition yet, but he’ll earn his chance soon if he continues to defend his title. He also defeated Fight Time already trusts him as a draw, as they let him headlin this past event.

Who he should fight next? – Dejuan Hathaway (3-0) is the only Featherweight prospect that they have at the moment, but chances are they’ll give him a veteran journeyman.

[YT]ajqDcpUib8s[/YT]

Next in line: Kamarudeen ‘Marty’ Usman (5-1) – Usman is a NCAA Division II wrestling champion who recently moved to Florida to train with the Blackzilians. He is probably best known for his fights in the Legacy, Ressurection, and Victory FC promotions. While he suffered a loss to WSOF vet Jose Caceres in only his second fight, he has since won 4 straight by TKO. His most recent wins were over WEC veteran Marcus Hicks (10-4), and Legacy/Bellator vet Lenny Lovato (8-4).

Who should he fight next? – He’s fighting CFA/WSOF vet Valdir Araujo (14-5) for the Welterweight title at Fight Time 22 on December 5th.

[YT]U-u4AJbjOF0[/YT]

Best of the Rest: Isaac Steel (WW, 4-0),Niko Price (WW, 4-0), Jason Jackson (WW, 4-2), Chris Bennett (LW, 6-4), Dejuan Hathaway (FW, 3-0), Marcos Gomes (BW, 3-0), Gleidson DeJesus (BW, 4-1), Kevin Syler (BW, 3-0), Edir Terry (BW, 4-1), Macelo Castaneda (FLW, 4-0)

Journeymen: Valdir Araujo (WW, 14-5), Yuri Villefort (LW, 6-4), Frank Carrillo (LW, 9-4), Mike Rio (LW, 10-5), Yoislandy Izquierdo (LW, 9-2), Alexis Vila (BW, 14-5)

Alumni:
UFC – Patrick Williams, Vagner Rocha, Charles Rosa, Colby Covington, Walt Harris
WSOF – Steve Mocco, Anderson Melo, Jessica Aguilar, Derrick Mehmen
Titan FC – Felipe Portela, Michael Graves, Keith Johnson, Matt Thompson
CES MMA – Julian Lane
Other – Jeff Monson, JP Reese, Kelly Anundson, Justin Guthrie, Tony Lopez, Travis Fulton, Anthony Christodoulou, Jason Guida
Retired – Marcos da Matta, Steve Bruno, Wilson Gouveia

46. Strength And Honor Championship – [Geneva, Switzerland] - SHC has become the place in Europe to fight if you’re a solid fighter and you don’t have any fights scheduled any time soon in your home promotions. You see a lot of fighters out of France, Switzerland, Scandinavia, and Russia fighting here. Their biggest drawback is the fact they do two cards a year. Every time they do put on a show, it’s filled with several veterans of well known promotions.

Next Event: Their next event has yet to be announced.

Next big thing: Francis Ngannou (HW Champ, 4-1) – Ngannou has spent most of his time in the 100% Fight promotion, but he made his SHC debut against Luc Ngeleka (1-1) and won by Submission. The rest of his wins are also by submission. Not much is known about the French fighter, but he looks like a big Heavyweght at 6’4. His only loss is to French standout Zoumana Cisse (10-0).

Who he should fight next? – His previous opponent, Ngeleka, was originally supposed to fight Superior Challenge Heavyweight Yosef Ali Mohammad (4-1). This would be a good fight for two athletic Heavyweights.

[YT]c4XoObt6-aQ[/YT]

Next in line: Olavo Belo (LW Champ, 6-1) – Belo seems to be SHC’s main prospect attraction, headlining their last event. He’s gone 4-0 with the promotion so far. While he looks to be one of the better Swiss fighters out there, he’s also 35, which definitely hurts his chances of fighting outside of Europe. There’s still plenty of good fights for him left in Europe though.

Who he should fight next? – A high profile European Lightweight. Anton Kuivainen (20-8) would b a good choice.

[YT]eozYNjuAEcw[/YT]

Best of the rest: Ramis Teregulov (LHW, 8-1), Eduardo Riego (LHW, 6-2), Cheick Kone (MW, 12-3), Davy Gallon (WW, 12-4), Shamil Ismailov (WW, 8-1), Ayadi Majdeddine (LW, 6-1), Maxime Ceban (LW, 7-1), Nelson Carvalho (LW, 5-3), Alex Rodrigues (LW, 3-0), Samir Daiddine (BW, 5-2), Cris Hadji (BW, 4-1)

Journeymen: Chaban Ka (HW, 8-3-1), Volkan Oezdemir (LHW, 11-1), Marcelo Costa (BW, 10-2-1)

Alumni:
UFC – Mats Nilsson, Igor Araujo, Ilir Latifi, Yan Cabral

Retired – Rogent Lloret, Assan Nije

47. 100% Fight – [Paris, France] - The biggest promotion in France is also the next hotbed for talent in Europe. This could be the next place to find talent for orgs like Cage Warriors and BAMMA. The big issue with this promotion is that they don’t allow ground strikes in France, which can make fighting there completely different than in other places. This could put their fighters at a disadvantage. Also, they’ve had trouble getting some of their top prospects fights. One of the good things is that they do a lot of tournaments.

Next Event: 100% Fight Contenders 24 takes place on November 29th 2014.

Next big thing: Zoumana Cisse (LHW, 10-0) – Cisse normally fights at 205, and could be one of the better French fighters at the weight class. His last fight was at Heavyweight. So far, he’s defeated everyone he’s fought inside the 100% Fight org, with only one fight going to a decision. He needs to fight some bigger names before he can get his shot elsewhere. BAMMA or Cage Warriors would be a good fit for him as they’re low on Light Heavyweights. It’s been a year since he’s fought for 100%, so they ned to put on another big show and get him back in there.

Who he should fight next? – He's fighting Denis Goltsov (12-4) at Tech-Krep FC: Battle of Heroes on December 12th. Goltsov is the star Heavyweight of this promotion with wins over Brett Rogers (17-9) and Roy Boughton (10-4).

(No footage on Youtube)

Next in line: David Bear (MW, 5-0) – Bear has only been fighting since late 2012, in his debut he won a one night tournament. He capped off the night with a win over fellow French prospect, Davy Gallon (11-3). Since then, he’s won two fights by first round finish.

Who he should fight next? – More European up and comers and journeymen.

[YT]28dQDKNORoY[/YT]

Best of the rest: Francis Ngannou (HW, 3-1), Wilfried Edmund (LHW, 5-0), Cheik Kone (MW, 12-3), Mamadou Diaby (MW, 6-1), Davy Gallon (WW, 12-4), Gaetan Hurtel (WW, 8-3), Amine Mimouni (WW, 4-0), Christopher Sengele (WW, 3-1), Ibragim Baisarov (WW, 3-0), Thibaud Larchet (WW, 6-2), Karl Wilk (WW, 4-1), Damien Lapilus (LW, 9-4), Alexandre Bordin (LW, 3-1), Pierre Moua (FW, 7-0), Steve Polifonte (FW, 10-3), Antoine Hidrio (BW, 4-1)

Alumni:
BAMMA – Mickael Lebout, Roggy Lawson, Teddy Violet, Mansour Barnaoui, Antoine Gallinaro
Cage Warriors - Boubacar Balde, Julien Boussuge, Gael Grimaud, Faycal Hucin
Bellator - Malik Merad, Volkan Oezdemir, Karl Amoussou, Christian M'Pumbu
M-1 - Chaban Ka, Musa Khamanaev, Gregory Babene
UFC - Taylor Lapilus

Shooto Brazil - Luciano Azevedo
Other – Xavier Foupa-Pokam, Daniel Acacio, Jeff Monson, Lucio Linhares, Florent Betorangal

48. Desert Force Championship – [Amman, Jordan] - It was only a matter of time before the Middle East had its own premier MMA organization. While most of their roster has moved away from the area in order to earn proper training in places like Canada, US, Europe, Thailand, and Singapore, they’re still coming back in order to fight for the locals. I expect them to be a hotbed for One FC in western Asia for years to come.

Next Event: Desert Force 14

Next big thing: Jarjis Danho (HW, 4-0) – Danho, a Syrian Heavyweight based in Germany is a scary finisher. While his early fights were all in Germany, he now seems to be fighting for Desert Force full time. He could very easily win their Heavyweight title and sign with a European promotion like KSW or M-1, or in Asia with One FC.

Who he should fight next? – He’s fighting Jordanian Yousef Abu Shreekh, whose making his pro debut after a few Amateur fights in Cage Warriors.

[YT]7xn1bnzLGeE[/YT]

Next in line: Rami Aziz (FW, 7-2) – Iraqi fighter, Sweden based Rami Aziz also started his career in Sweden before making his Desert FC debut. After starting his career 1-2, he’s since won 6 straight. He hopes to win the Featherweight title in Desert FC before moving on to bigger things.

Who he should fight next? – A fight with Desert FC Featherweight champion Abdul-Kareem Al Selwady is the biggest fight for him inside Desert FC.

[YT]O1CiqTKGDr4[/YT] (An early split decision loss to Swedish prospect Frantz Slioa)

Best of the rest: Mark Tanois (HW, 3-0), Mohammad Karaki (LHW, 4-1), Sami Antar (LHW, 3-0), Ibrahim El Sawy (MW, 5-2), Abdullah Abou Hamdan (MW, 9-4), Mohamad Ghorabi (MW 3-1), Mohammad Fakhreddine (MW, 4-0), Mounir Lazzez (WW, 4-0), Meshaal Al-Khuzeem (LW, 3-0), Mohammed Trigui (LW, 3-0), Tareq Hamdi (LW, 2-0), Haider Rasheed (LW, 4-1), Abdul-Kareem Al Selwady (FW Champ, 4-0)

Shooto Brazil – Bruno Carvalho
Bellator – Marcos Marquez
Other – Antony Rea, Baga Agaev, Vener Galiev, Pavel Kusch, Jorge Luis Bezerra
Retired – Sean Salmon, Cristiano Marcello

49. BRACE MMA – [Brisbane, Queensland, Australia] - BRACE MMA is home to many of the new up and coming Australians before they move on to bigger events. They’ve also started the career of many Aussie female fighters. They’ve also been setting up tournaments in several different divisions.

Next Event: Their next show has yet to be announced.

Next big thing: Rob Wilkinson (MW, 7-0) – Wilkinson has 7 straight finishes including 4 submissions and 3 TKOs. So far he’s gone 5-0 in the BRACE promotion and won the BRACE Middleweight Tournament.

Who he should fight next? – Andrew Mills (4-0) would be a reasonable opponent.

[YT]RSts5UT3rxA[/YT]

Next in line: Jordan Lucas (BW, 7-0) – Lucas is a 20 year old undefeated prospect. He has 4 first round finishes in his last 5 fights. He most recently won the BRACE Bantamweight tournament.

Who he should fight next? – Any Bantamweight that's available.

[YT]d111I4PKFm0[/YT]

Best of the rest: Connor Murphy (LHW, 5-2), Billy McAlees (MW, 3-1), Andrew Mills (MW, 4-0), Steven Micallef (WW, 7-1), Abel Brites (LW, 5-1), Jamie Mullarkey (FW, 5-0), JJ Van Aswegen (FW, 4-1), Stephen Reeks (FW, 6-2), Jordan Lucas (BW, 7-0), Natalie Hills (WSTW, 2-0)

50. Gladiator Championship Fighting (GCF)

Great list as always! Some things I have to say:

Zoumana Cisse's next fight is against Denis Goltsov in Tech-Krep FC on December 12th

James Jenkins and Andre Harrison signed for Titan FC at the same time Steven Siler did

With regards to Ericka Almeida's possible next opponent, Aline Sattelmayer has a fight already scheduled against Polyana Mota (4-0) at Real Fight 12 on December 13th

"Almost every RFA champion has signed with Pantoja"

JZ Cavalcante is not under Titan contract, his management spoke too soon according to Jeff Aronson

Current talent to watch for is listed twice under ROC

Lana Kate cancelled day of weigh-ins against Jessy Jess at AFC 11

Chuck O'Neil is not available to face Gil de Freitas. O'Neil is facing Manny Walo (7-1) at next CES show

Josh Emmett vs. Brandon Ricetti no contest was overturned to an Emmett win

Matej Batinic's next fight is against Nick Salchow (4-0) at FFC 15

Ante Delija is listed as next in line and best of the rest for FFC

^^^ Ditto for Tsarev and Magomedov in FEFoMP

Guilherme Viana is listed in two promotions

^^^ Ditto with Francis Ngannou, 100% and SHC

Prize FC is putting on a good show soon, maybe they should be considered for HM

The amount of effort you put into these is awesome, great job as always!

Great job TS, I really appreciate it as always

Off Topic (about the format):
IMHO there are some changes you could make some changes to reduce the number of lines that the post has (Im going to use TItan FC as an example):

The line: "Based out of: Kansas City, Kansas, USA" could be erase and put that info like this:
8. Titan Fighting Championship [Kansas City, Kansas, USA]

The line: "Next Event: Titan FC 32", I think it is unnecesary (I suppose this take you a lot of work because you have to update the 50 organizations, unlike other info that can be maintained)
and that is something that we could easily find on Sherdog or Tapology event finder

The line "Who Should he face next?" should be exactly below the "Next in line" paragraph (without the space between them)

I did not know Roy Jones ran an MMA org. Good list too, thanks for taking the time to do that.

Thanks for taking the time to look over this. I wrote this over the course of a couple weeks so I obviously missed some things. Finally finished it and I just wanted to post it.

As far as the guys listen in two promotions, that was on purpose. They've been fighting in both promotions and I wasn't sure where they would fight in the future.

If Prize FC puts on more shows as good as the one tonight, they'll definitely be added.

That's a nice opponent for O'Neil. I wonder if Walo has left CFFC and signed with CES now that they have the AXS deal.

Oh boy....I was lost after page 1.

Really what is the point of this. Chances are high 20 through 50 that half of them will basically have closed shop up with in a year.

Interesting but good lord its like shooting darts blind folded by org 20

Gregor Gillespie is fighting Terrell Hobbs at ROC 50.

Most of these promotions have been around for several years. Very few have done less than 20 shows. I only choose promotions who have a track record for stability and can continue to put on shows year after year.

It's true I don't know much about a lot of their finances, but any promotion who actively finds new fighters to fight for them seems pretty healthy to me. Also, a lot of them have sent guys to UFC/Bellator/etc. and that gets their name out there. Look at their alumni, obviously the big leagues are taking notice to what they're doing.

Some updates for this week.

Shooto Brazil 51, NEF Fight Evolution 4, Showdown Fights 15, KOTC Industrial Strength, ProFC 56, FFC 15, and BRACE Season 1 Tournament final all took place this past weekend. Some records have been updated.

RFA - Justin Jones signs with UFC after going 1-0 in RFA.
RFA - Signs Geane Herrera 7-0.
AFC - Jesse Rose Clark signs with Invicta after not getting to fight for AFC once.
AFC/BRACE - Corey Nelson signs with One FC after winning the BRACE MMA Welterweight tournament final against Steve Micallef.
AFC - Gustavo Falciroli takes Clark's spot on the AFC list.
BRACE - Jordan Lucas replaces Steven Micallef after his loss to Corey Nelson.

As usual amazing and informative.

To the admins; please stick this thread instead of the previous list (
Sticky Thread Top 50 best regional orgs (Summer Update) )

Stuck now guys. Any help you need in the future just drop me a PM and I'll be glad to help.

Thanks Ronwah.

Nathanli, few suggestions:
It would be great and spicen up things to also write the previous rank of each promotion (if it went up or down from the last update).

Now that this list is staple in the stickies; write the update date on the title (November 2014 Update etc) - it makes it more clear and easy that it is a new update.

Cheers
