I've seen it before but that lift gif literally makes me shudder.
It's funny how he can go through all that training and survive yet tripping over a cable destroys his entire knee. Or it could be that the training wore out all his tendons and that cable was just the last drop

I really like Tony, but he's gonna significantly shorten his career doing stuff like that. Back injuries are horrendous, I know from personal experience.
