did it today after a long time of general cardio, Ive been working BJJ predominantly due to comp training and was very disappointed with my 6.57.
A full 90+ secs away from my best. 100 burpees obviously should have formed part of my BJJ comp prep. I shall try and do this a little more frequently with the idea or a) returning to my former glory or b) of improving!
