My wife has the same hernia going on, it's been bugging her but the doctor recommended that she wait until she's done having kids before getting it fixed.

Well, I'm not planning on any more kids, so hopefully they will sort it lol.
 
They are a degenerative injury so you are doing the right thing.

My inguinal hernia repair was hurting a bit today, once a year or so it feels tight and then settles down. Must be something in the weather today weakening our abs brah.

My mum got me a Trap bar for Christmas, so I had a play around with it today. I will primarily use it for farmer's walks and shrugs but today I did some deadlifts with my girlfriend.
