The garage is probably more than needed, but I don't think that was the selling point of the property for him! Even before he was in the market to buy a new place he said in an interview that he was hoping to get a property with some land in the future. And his current house is on a parcel of former farmland, 6 acres or so with a pond and various outbuildings, but it's still close enough to work and the gym. The pics his wife puts up on Instagram are positively idyllic.
