Did you even watch the fight?
The ref gave Uriah Hall every chance to recover, yet denied Jotko the same chance.

Uriah took a worse beating than Jotko in that fight.
I'm not for fighters taking unnecessary beatings, like you seem to assume.

When Jotko started to try to roll over and ceased to defend himself and took several unanswered, undefended punches the fight got stopped. That's generally how these things work.
