So neck/upper back strengthening

of course a neck harness but I also bought a title head band like thing. It weighs 10 or 15 lbs, can't remember but I lay on the bench and pick my head up and rotate with it. Its better for higher reps and volume. I use it and the regular harness. Reg on heavy days, headband on cardio days.

Thanks guys. And Cerebus good point, being paralyzed is not on my to do list.
 
there something called the " alligator walk " its with the pushup power pump you put one around your back and walk like a gator very painful and very vigarious excersize ( temporarily )afterwards but holy cow the long term pay off you 'lll feel like you have a back of 18 year old boy
