I'm watching the live feed of social media and BBC, from what I can see, a car did haphazardly plough into a few people - some reports are saying that two people were shot, now. Maybe the second was the getaway driver - he certainly hasn't doesn't much 'damage' with the car, it looks it just drifted into the railings on the bridge and possibly took out whatever bystanders were there. Maybe he was shot? Fuck knows. The 'two people shot' thing seems to be appearing, then disappearing again.

It's certainly possible, and a lot of Sherdoggers made themselves look foolish by jumping to conclusions in that Quebec attack, which was actually earlier this year. But be honest with yourself, it it really "most likely"??

Seems that way, the car incident was seemingly the first incident and the guy then ran on foot - at first reports seemed to suggest the car incident came after the stabbing/shooting.
