It is all lights and angles. He looks about the same. Internet is going crazy as if he suddenly while he is supposed to be cutting weight three weeks out, magically started putting on size. He has some abs as he is cutting weight, but people get fooled into thinking he has bigger deltoids and biceps because they don't understand angles and how lighting can increase the sense of depth and roundness on each body part.

This is an old picture. If you take out the light directly falling on Strickland, he looks the same.
