You feel bad for him but he was so obviously, blatantly flirting with death by doing all the shit he did that it's hard to feel TOO bad. He was perfectly conscious of the harm involved.

It's like a stuntman doing outrageously dangerous stunts over and over again and then one day finding out he finally got caught.

I believe he should have consulted the doctors more on what he was putting into his body, but in a world where people are having gender reassignment surgeries and putting botox into their faces, pumping steroids is hardly the worst thing in the world.

The more to the story was the mentally challenged kid made a joke and it hurt meathead's feelings so he slapped him around and embarrassed him for it.

It's sad man.. guy has some type of mental illness.. prob body dispmorphia..... he is beetroot red and can barely move.. breathes like someone about to have an asthma attack.. But i guess as he has made millions people have no sympathy

There is a guy at work who will prob go down a similar path.. he is 20 massive and constantly growing.. also red in the face 24/7 and never cycles.. He looks good body wise but his face looks 35/40 yrs old..

Rich Piana took it to the extreme, he put syntha oil in his arms to get them huge. his skin was so red, and he could barely move, his blood must have been thick as a sludge, he was a very nice guy though to fans, one of his ex girlfriends cheated on him with some black ex con from the hood and he went on a racial rant out of anger to her on the phone and she released it to the world. Rich takes a lot of gear but tells kids not to take it, he doesnt promote it, hope the guy pulls through for real he might have had some douche business moves with people but man I hope he lives to tell his story and really go off these hard muscle buidling drugs.

Its weird how he pulls hot girls though but those hot girls are also body dismorphic, they get tons of plastic surgery as years go by and fake tits, they say never date or marry a fitness model or competitor those chicks have issues big time.
