Anyone know anything about this Ulyanov guy who is fighting Petpanomrung?

Well, he is a top Russian MT fighter, holds numerous national amateur titles (though none of world ones, as far as I know). Goes professional in something called TNA which can be roughly described as "MT without clinch", if I got it right. That's a Russian thing, so fighters' geography is kinda local, despite it's "world" status. The level is quite high, nevertheless.

The surname is very widespread, so wouldn't bet on that.
