The sources I was looking at were basically saying if ownership of property is prohibited by communism, so is monogamy. Monogamy is a capitalist tool to promote exclusivity and ownership. If you can't own a house you can't own your body, ownership of yourself implies that you can be bought and sold like a commodity.

The point I was making with my post was expressing my perplexity at the idea that this is what she may have meant and that this may be where communism is going. It's a Brave New World after all. To be fair, that essay you cited was by one guy who appears to be either a complete nut job, a troll, or both. I'm not entirely sure if they have the same definition of "sexual communism".
