Entering my 6th week on a deficit and I think I'm completely over the aniexty of being on a deficit. The first two weeks your mind is like wtf are you doing. It goes away after a couple weeks though and I see no reason why I can't do this for 16-20 weeks or however long it takes. Today like most days was:
Breakfast:
Oats/Banana
Lunch:
8 oz 90/10 Ground beef, mozzarella cheese, sandwich thins
Snack:
Almond milk, protein, Greek yogurt, blackberries
Dinner:
8oz 93/7 ground turkey. 266 grams sweet potato, 11.5 ounces V8.
~2000 cals, 170p, 200c, 60f.
I don't really know shit about dieting but this has consistently taken off 2-3 lbs a week so far.
