Trying to lose weight at the moment. When I started this log years ago I was around 210 and looked decent. Nudes are somewhere in the beginning of this log. I went up to around 230 after a year or two and still looked ok. Recently I got up to 250 and just felt uncomfortable. This is the first time I've ever tried to actually lose weight and it's not that bad actually.

It's been 4 weeks and I'm 236.8 down from 250. I basically eat the same thing everyday. Oats and a banana in the morning. 1/2 lb lean meat and some carbs for lunch. Another 1/2 lb lean meat with sweet potatoes for dinner. Protein shake with almond milk and Greek yogurt for a snack. It comes out to about 2000 calories. I tried 2300-2400 calories and I wasn't losing like I wanted. 2000 feels good now and I don't feel weak during my workouts.

I lift Mon, Weds, Fri doing an upper, lower, upper split. I walk on my days off. It's been one month and in 3 more months (7-25) it will be my birthday (36 yrs old). I want to be back to 210 so I can compare nudes to the one earlier in this log. I don't give a shit about anything fitness related right now except for losing weight, but I guess I will still post my workouts and my weight once a week.

As a side note I found out it is really hard to lose weight if you drink. I still drink maybe once a week, just in moderation.

Entering my 6th week on a deficit and I think I'm completely over the aniexty of being on a deficit. The first two weeks your mind is like wtf are you doing. It goes away after a couple weeks though and I see no reason why I can't do this for 16-20 weeks or however long it takes. Today like most days was:

Breakfast:
Oats/Banana

Lunch:
8 oz 90/10 Ground beef, mozzarella cheese, sandwich thins

Snack:
Almond milk, protein, Greek yogurt, blackberries

Dinner:
8oz 93/7 ground turkey. 266 grams sweet potato, 11.5 ounces V8.

~2000 cals, 170p, 200c, 60f.

I don't really know shit about dieting but this has consistently taken off 2-3 lbs a week so far.

Had to go thru a gauntlet this weekend to make weight loss gainz. Kids bday fri, baseball game sat, and a wedding sun. I worked out Fri and act clean throughout the day, then drank and ate pretty much what I wanted at night while out. Nothing really planned until a vacation in a month so should be pretty clean here on out.

I drank considerably Thurs and Sat night so I was a bit surprised I was still down over 2lbs for the week. Vacation starts Weds so gonna be tough this next week and a half.
 
7-24-17 Weigh-In 213.2 (around 37 lost total)

Went on vacation during the last couple months, had numerous nights out, holidays, ect and managed to lose 13 more lbs since I last logged in. I have found a new diet plan that has worked really well too since my last one got stale.

Breakfast:
Protein Oatmeal with 2 Kodiak Power Cakes

Lunch:
1/2 lb 90% Lean Ground Beef w/ Birdeyes Zucchini pasta (this pasta shit is delicious)

Dinner:
1/2 99% Lean Ground Turkey w/ Birdseye Alfredo Zucchini Pasta

Snack:
Quest Cookie Dough Protein Bar
