Officer found it guilty in Sylville Smith shooting

The fact he was charged is a crime. He shot a guy picking up a firearm. He's a felon. He can't own a gun and was fleeing a stolen car, no? Who gives a shit. He was charged for firing at someone else the year prior. Zero societal loss, only a gain from him being dead.

"He was throwing the gun away" YEAH BECAUSE HE JUST GOT A ROUND TO THE CHEST YOU MORONS.

The human mind works on false positives. It is far more beneficial to mistake a rustle in the bushes as a tiger, than to mistake a tiger for rustling bushes. So if you even have something that looks like a gun, human nature will tell that cop you have a gun. Since this guy actually had a gun in clear view, and reached for it, I cannot see how this policeman was supposed to simply see what the guy might or might not do.

So an armed thug with an arrest record (which included witness intimidation) was killed?

Good riddance!

Another #blm posterboy bites the dust.
