You ever worked with someone that maybe wasn't the best at what they do, but they turn up every day with a smile, say good morning at the water cooler, ask about the wife and kids, bring up the game on the weekend and then yell a goodbye across the office at closing time? That was Goldy.

Goldy got replaced by some "better" than him. Someone who doesn't leave his mug at the sink, who puts the scrap paper in the bin, who replaces the toilet roll when it's empty and fills a new stationary order when the pens are running low....but he enters and leaves without anyone noticing, doesn't partake in the office birthday celebrations, hasn't introduced himself, won't remember your wifes name, laugh at the boss behind his back or bitch about working late with you....

....yeah, that's what happened to Goldy. Hope you're happy, because his replacements are "better" in every way measurable .

No clue whatsoever what it means, but whatever you do, be it apocalyptic or not, the boots SHOULD be strapped on, or you'd lose them, whilst being stuck in the mud.

Dom has every right to speak on Ngannou since Dom is a mental giant compared to the Cameroonian Crocodile and is a commentator of rank, and it is of utmost importance that the boots are strapped on, or else Ngannou wouldn't be able to enter the area, since he would be stuck in the mud.

If you don't strap on your boots, you will lose them in this day and age and social climate.

Nobody wants to be stuck in the mud, watching your peers move ahead of you, be it in career or life in general.
