Need help with Internet/router/modem issues

Lol, you're welcome. You have received the only free tech support available from me this year. Seriously you should have listened to us on the first page. Can I guess, you are a lawyer or something similar. Please do a favor for yourself and get a little bit of it training, pretty please.
 
They recognize the name, they "cannot connect within the time limit"
So the next obvious question is, are you choosing the correct security protocol and entering the correct password when prompted on these devices?
 
since you finally got it working, first step for you should be securing your router with a new password and password protecting your wireless network.
