With special prosecutors, that isn't a simple interview. These investigations go all over the place and find whatever possible wrongdoing they can and when they can't, they get people caught in their words to move up to higher targets. In trumps case, I guess there wouldn't be a higher lead but he would be a complete moron to take that interview and not necessarily because he's guilty.
