Klay has a 19.2 career scoring average, he is not a role player

Danny green is a role player
 
Also Rodman is the greatest role player ever, with Ben Wallace arguably being 2nd.
Edit: currently it is a Dub, but Draymond not Klay

So the guy who averaged 16 rebounds one season is a role player but a player whose only role is to catch and shoot isnt?

Ghey also guards the other team’s best guard. I’d consider Corey more of a role player since he’s basically a one trick pony.

Klay doesn't play solid to elite perimeter D? He doesnt have many plays drawn up for him? Hes not Steve Kerr ffs, just stop. He's been all NBA twice, based substantially off his offensive output

Defender rebounders are obviously role players. Rodman and Wallace were elite versions of Reggie Evans

Lol Steph didnt want KD to join but also isnt a dictator like bron and Brodie. Hes a team first guy. So he didnt want to go against myers and green.

Danny Green is a much better defender. Klay owes his entire career to stephs playmaking and gravity
 
it appears Dream thinks if you aren't a great ballhandler, you're automatically a role player....

Klay has scored at least 20ppg for 4 straight seasons, despite sharing the court w/ elite scorers in Durant and Curry. He's not a role player
edit: obviously only Durant the last two, but Barnes was more a role player in those other two
