Gym was pretty empty today, which was nice. Kings MMA is closed for the week, so going to try to lift everyday - especially since I missed so many days last week. Didn't get to throw today, had a tile guy working in the bathroom & couldn't leave for that long. Planning on getting out to throw on my own a few days this week as well.
