Mid-year's resolution.

Sunday August 11th, 2013.

Breakfast:
Homemade lasagna about 8 ounces.
1 cup minute maid OJ.

Lunch:
10 ounces of Grilled chicken with bourbon sauce.
1/2 cup brown rice.
Had a diet coke.

Dinner:
More lasagna, 8oz.


Snacks:
Had some raisins and almonds.
Drank a 30g protein shake after workout.

About 2000 calories. My goal is 1900 calories.

Notes: girlfriends mom gave me a thing of lasagna so I've been lazy and just are that. I finished it so no more.


Carbs: 31%. 149g.
Protein: 34%. 159g.
Fats: 36%. 76g.
 
Monday August 12th, 2013.

Breakfast:
Half whole grain waffle.
Quarter banana.
1 Tbsp of peanut butter.


Lunch:
8oz steak seasoned with mrs. dash chipotle.
1 cup brown rice.
Hot sauce and spicy bbq sauce.

Dinner:
5 ounces of steak.
About 3 eggs.



Snacks:
90 calorie fiberone bar.
1 banana.
1 15oz monster protein shake.
I made a smoothie with 5 strawberries, half a banana, and 1 cup OJ.
A 30g protein shake after my workout.


Calorie counter is about 1900. My goal is 1900 calories.

Notes:
I love spicy food!


Carbs: 37%. 176g.
Protein: 30%. 144g.
Fats: 32%. 69g.
 
Tuesday August 13th, 2013.

Breakfast:
1 and 1/2 whole grain waffle.
1/2 banana.
2 Tbsp of peanut butter.


Lunch:
8oz chicken seasoned with mrs. dash lemon pepper, Hot sauce, and spicy bbq sauce.
1 cup brown rice.


Dinner:
Homemade chilli with ground turkey , kidney, black beans, and hot sauce.



Snacks:
1 banana.
1 Scoop of PB.
15 almonds.
15 raisins.
30G whey protein shake.



Calorie counter says 1600 calories.
My goal is 1900 calories.

Protein: 30%. 119g.

Wednesday August 14th, 2013.

Breakfast:
Fiber One Whole grain cereal.
1 Tbsp of peanut butter.


Lunch:
8oz chicken seasoned with mrs. dash lemon pepper, Hot sauce, and spicy bbq sauce.
1 cup brown rice.


Dinner:
Homemade chilli with ground turkey , kidney, black beans, and hot sauce.


Snacks:
1 banana.
30G whey protein shake.



I had a little over 1800 calories.
My goal is 1900 calories.

Notes:
I had a potluck at work but didn't go too crazy. I had 2 diet cokes. A brownie. A piece of bread.
