Fucking hate seeing state after state legalize weed and I'm over here in Texas fucking suffering. Even Massachusetts did it and I used to fucking live there.

Texas is hard headed as hell. Our only chance is for the Austin hippies to get really mad about it because our state government will not even allow a vote, forget recreational, they won't even allow a vote on medical.

a state's legalization status has no effect on an industry's existing drug test policies. So jobs like policemen, firefighters, delivery drivers, etc still get tested in legal states.
