Its crazy how much this match up is style vs style and yet both are considered 2 of the best mma fighters today. You would think by now that everyone was evolved enough to be able to do it all vs anyone while adjusting to the situation.

This is not how it works. You can never do it all . The more time you spend on one aspect of the game the better you will become at it. Dividing your time into trying to cover everything is not always your best shot. You may be considered as a sound fighter all around, but elite strikers will buzz through you and elite grapplers will do whatever they want with you ...

Lets not act like khabib is some monster submission grappler, hes a slow grinding wrestler. Most of his subs were against russian cans 7 years ago. Hes older and has a shit ton of injuries.

And if the contract gets signed there is probably a 80% chance this Russian pulls out anyway. Conor never pulls out of any fight ever. But the Russian has a history of doing it. It will probably be Conor and Dustin fighting for the title when is all said and done.
