It's not racism, it's a racial stereotype used by someone who most likely had no bad intentions and is clueless/uneducated why it shouldn't be used.

I doubt she would have used the world thugging in a picture with Tyson deGrasse.

But Woodley loves to speak about himself as a streetfighter from the mean streets of Ferguson, always talks about his rough upbringing etc. and ironically his favourite album is Thug Motivation 101.
