I weigh in at 6:30pm on Friday March 18th. I have already started on distilled water and am cutting about 3 lbs of water a day on top of my diet. Here is my schedule for my nightly weigh ins:
03/14 158
03/15 155
03/16 153
03/17 150
Then I will cut the last 5 pounds the day of the 18th prior to weigh ins.
Ok now that the week-long binge is over it's time to get going for the next training camp! Current Weight is 166lbs. Here is my food log for March 27th
