Ubereem 8 out of 10. Carwin has a puncher's chance but he can't really deal with Overeem's skillset.

Ubereem was unstoppable back then. Let's not forget the psychological side of it as back then nearly everyone was hesitant to stand and trade with Overeem. Physically Shane is of course strong as fuck, even more so back in 2010 but I think Ubereem still had him in terms of sheer physical strength. Brock could not even move him one inch, he threw Rogers around like a wet paper bag... Unreal. Striking and clinching vastly superior and Shane will not be taking him down... I see it as a blowout victory for Ubereem .

Current version of Reem is a whole other story of course.
