The reaction to Woodley vs Maia is all I need to stand by my opinion. I have never watched a sport where a masterful performance was called boring by the athletes, coaches and professional reporters of the sport.

It is one thing for the fans to complain and whine like they always do, but athletes, coaches and reporters are supposed to know better.

Ignorance of the sport pretty much summarizes the general mma fanbase. They are predominantly WWE fans who want every fight to be "Hell in a Cell" with Mankind vs The Undertaker.
