If Chael Sonnen can win fights - MMA doesn't have A class athletes.
Do any combat sports really have "A level athletes"?
Surely boxing does not have "A-level athletes".

You are right, Chael is just shit.Do any combat sports really have "A level athletes"?

Kinda how I feel about the "Athleticism level" of boxers. They are hilariously overrated. You are right, Chael is just shit.
People like you are the problem on Sherdogmma has no great athletes LoL
Very trueTo all Sage and Pico Lovers.
You have it in you or not, despite the genetics.
You can't teach the grit of a Jon Jones, Rowbie Lawler, Michael Chandler, Junior dos Santos and many more.
Demetrious is A-level.
Too small for other big money sports.
Kevin Lee is A-level.
He chose to focus on wrestling when he was young, because he was also too small for football or basketball.
That bodybuilder who scared away Cody Garbrandt is also an A-level athlete. Cody didn't want anything to do with a guy sporting a Kevin Levrone type physique.
I'll just repeat my prior post.
Lol at saying no-one can dispute the following fact and then go on to state your own opinion. I kind of get where your coming from but the argument is flawed.
You're saying it's fact that 'A level' athletes are more likely to have 'grit' than non A level athletes.
Firstly what is 'grit' and secondly what defines an A level athlete? That's why this is such a strange discussion.
Heart is something you can't teach no matter what sort of physical athlete you are, it's just a mindset and being a good athlete in the sherdog sense (fast, big, strong, bodybuilder physique lol) has no influence on that.
Your wasting your time the a-level athlete is of course nfl guys only.....so specialised athletes with incredible power and strength in short bursts but the cardio and muscle endurance of a fat dude whos just climbed some stairs.Lol at saying no-one can dispute the following fact and then go on to state your own opinion. I kind of get where your coming from but the argument is flawed.
