If you get 2-3 UFC HW title defenses these days you should be in consideration. Hardest belt to defend and this is the hardest time to defend it. If he defends 2-3 times he is in GOAT convo. Fedor nuthuggers will disagree but it's true. Cain and JDS went back and fourth and neither have belt now. No one has defended 3-4 times at HW.

Because UFC top 10 is all guys that have been around for years. Usually there is a young up n comer but no... It's like a time warp.

First of all, he would have to continue beating big names for 5 or more years before he would even be eligible for the discussion. Even though he is on a tear and has an impressive career, you have to reach a certain age in your career before you can be in the goat talks, regardless of your skill, imo.

That's why people hated hearing the Lebron compared with MJ talk when Lebron first came on the scene. It's too early to even have the discussion. Only career longevity allows any actual assessment of goat status.
