hey guys, i'm 20 y/o, a blue belt in bjj and soon moving to brasil to train full time

i compete in the leve class although i walk around abit more. last 2 weeks i been trying out with leangains, and decided this will be my go to. I'm tired of cutting weight every time and it's time to get ripped

currently, eating hours are 9.30am-5.30pm and will change them when i arrive in brasil : date unknown.

i will go for a run every morning ( except wednesday/friday since of bjj morning class) before breaking my fasting.

currently I train 7 times bjj a week and will add some additional muay thay if i find the time, my goal is to compete weekly in brasil

i will cut out ALMOSt all processed foods and try to eat as healthy as possible. i will start on monday.. wish me luck!!
 
Mo 11/04

morning weight 77.8 kg
woke up, ate at 9.30am 400gr acai + 2 banana's + 75gr granola
had some strawberries at noon + prot. shake, 200gr chicken at 2pm
ate an apple at 17pm + prot shake

notes : didn't train : hurt shoulder on competition, on't know what happened. forgot to add veggies, yes i literally forgot to cook them
 
Tue 12/04

morning weight : 77.8 ( did not train yesterday so)

9.30 had 300gr acai + 200gr banana + 75gr granola, and fell back asleep LOL

small conditioning : ran 15 min on off sprinting tree to tree.
tabata 1 burpees : failure at 4th set
tabata 2 fast skipping : failure after 6th set

after running sprint it does feels harder

14pm ate 200gr chicken + 125gr beans

15pm had half a litre fresh juice + banana

16.30 protein shake

6pm training my shoulder is injured, just did a few light rolls to see how it was and went back home. i don't know how long this will bug me so ill prolly spend more time conditioning tabata's
 
Wednesday 13/04

Morning Weight : 76.6

9.30 300gr acai + 200gr banana + 75granola for morning

conditioning 1
15min on off sprinting but harder as yesterday
tabata 1 : burpees failed at set 4 again
tabata 2 : jumping rope failed after 5 ktfo ran hard lol

11.30 prot shake

15.30 prot shake

conditioning 2
20min relax run with 2 sweaters on(sweating bad food out)

17 200gr chicken + beans


note to self : having troubles with eating some trash outside of the hours, this will be fixed once i'm back into training shoulder feeling better i'll be training back on saturday for 100% i think
 
Thursday 14/04

Morning Weight : 76.6

10.30 300 gr acai + 200gr banana + 75gr granola

conditioning 1
start stop run, went hard
tabata 1 : burpee's. finished 4th round ( improvement)
tabata 2 : jumping rope ktfo after 3rd(seem to went alot harder on the previous ones)

14.00 : orange + apple + protein shake

conditioning 2
12 min hard running

16.30 350gr chicken ( had to finish package that's why more, 1 less protein shake)

17.30 tomatoes


tomorrow i'll prolly get some badder food inside of me.. lol
 
Friday 15/04 : offday cheatday

Saturday 16/04

Morning Weight : 77.5, not bad considering bad food day before & no exercise

10.30 300Gr acai +200gr banana +75gr granola

muay thai session, went well

14.45 protein shake + ritter sport marzipan(damn bad)

15.15 2 chicken tortillas ( 60gr tortilla + 200 gr chicken in total)

bjj session, was crap, my shoulder is bugging me really hard, alot more then when striking, fml

note to self : don't forget protein shake; don't eat chocolate, don't eat easter eggs
it has alot to do with not being able to train like i want to
