How the hell did Dvalishvili survive that choke?

I just watched it there to see what everyone was on about. When Simon locked the guillotine in first and fell to the ground, Dvalishvili looked like he hit his head off the ground and went limp. It was the right call regardless, how can you win a fight after getting strangled like that.

By winning the first two rounds, then surviving till the final horn when he got himself in danger.
 
Right when the bell rang Ricky points and said he’s out and he immediately reacts to it saying no I’m not and gets up, only to be forced to lay on his back a second later by the doctor lol which made his situation look worse
 
He turned it into a neck crank at the end so that shouldn't have put him out.
 
If he was truly unconscious at the horn, he wouldn't have popped up that quickly. Also any other fighter would have laid there to regroup after surviving a minute long mounted guillotine. This win needs to be overturned. He's complete horseshit.
