How Do Pro MMA Fighters Find Time to Train?

Yeah I'm not really sure if he's asking how to make it as a fighter or if he just wants to start training and have a few amateur fights. They are entirely different things.

I'd say he should train first, get subbed and his head knocked around a bit in training. Then, knowing a fight will be much more intense, just train as he feels he needs.

Amateur MMA is hard though, not the fighting necessarily, but getting a fight. I know guys who struggle to get 1-2 fights a year, and that's after 4-5 pull-outs by various opponents.

Is it due to injury, or needing to work, illness, cold feet? You rarely find out. But, in a way it's a good thing because it's more time to train and work at the same time. I don't know about amateur MMA in other areas though.

It's really simple. Stop being a lazy ass who makes excuses. You work 40 hours a week.

You have 168 hours in a week.

168-40 = 128 hours of free time.
And you sleep 50-60 hours. Still, quite a few hours left to train. ;)
