has your internal clock ever been screwed up? i just woke up and am starting my day

Shift work will do that to you. Do something for a few hours and you will probably want to go climb back in bed.

Yep, shift work fucks you right up. Every 2 weeks my internal clock is screwed for 2 or 3 days.

Shift work allways messes you up a bit, in one way or another.

Currently working 1700-0300 so yes my internal clock is fucked up.

I'm a truck driver and my driving schedule is completely chaos and so is my sleep schedule.

So my internal clock is completely non-existant.

coming off 14 night shifts in an underground pit then getting fucked up on gear all day/days will destroy your body clock.
I'm glad I had kids and settled down else I fear my poor body would've given out by now.

My body clock is pretty impressive. Drugs and alcohol can't phase it. It's the LiLo way

Yes. Literally every time I travel more than 3 time zones away. It's significantly worse when I travel east over long distances.

years of working shifts and kids has ruined my body clock.i can't remember the last time i actually slept a whole night through.

I'm pretty sure your internal everything is all screwed up

Screwing up even more might fix it.

Constantly.
I once woke for a whole week.
Drugs were involved

I haven't had a good sleep in 12 years or so...I broke my nose when I was like 20 and I didn't go to the hospital just let it heal, ever since then I couldn't breathe quite as good out of my one nostril and at night it almost completely blocks up causing sleeping issues...gonna finally look into a surgery or something to fix it starting to get annoying as fuck waking up every few hours all night

Yeah, when drinking is involved.

Yes

It's to the point where not sleeping is a great fear for me. On weekdays I get two or three hours a night at max.

I'm thankful for Xanax
