Correction, here are the exact numbers per the UN:
- 13,200-13,400 dead (at least 3,390 civilians, approximately 4,200 Ukrainian military and approximately 5,800 members of armed [Russian proxy] groups);
- 29,600–33,600 wounded (7,000–9,000 civilians, 9,800–10,800 Ukrainian servicemen and 12,800–13,800 members of armed [Russian proxy] groups).
So Ukraine killed more than three times the amount of civilians than Hamas. Granted, over a longer period of time.
This argument that they weren't killing civilians prior to the invasion is completely bunk, however.
As far as terrorist attacks, I don't see how Nazi's burning people alive doesn't constitute a terrorist attack:
Some 1,000 Ukrainian rightists, led by the notorious Right Sector, surrounded, stormed, and burned the House of Trade Unions in Odessa last Friday, killing 39 pro-Russia demonstrators in the building.
