I'm not saying that. I'm not demanding an uprising. Perhaps a few strongly worded letters to their leaders, and a demonstration or two, but that's about it.
Israel is not the military that is supposed to feel sad about the Palestinian population's predicament. They are the enemy. It is Hamas' job to give a fuck about their own people and value their lives, and extend an olive branch to save them. If they don't care, the Palestinians are fucked, because Israel will not, and have absolutely no reason to let up.
Hence, why all of this is on Hamas. If they want to keep throwing their people into a thresher, it's on them. This is how war works. The winning side doesn't surrender to the losing side, because they're winning too much.
For instance, if America somehow found itself itself on the losing end of a war, whoever was kicking their ass, isn't going to give one flying fuck about whether or not little old you wants the war to end because you don't want to die and fear for your family. That shit must come from the top. Otherwise, the leaders will just continue on doing the same shit, and recruiting more and more people into their war effort, once you let off the gas pedal.
When you're beat, you surrender. If you don't surrender, the hellfire continues until you A)Finally surrender, or B)Lose even more than you would have, if you had just surrendered. That's war. It's not a debate club.
