Great question (no sarcasm). I think Romero definitely wins in MMA - he can see Brock’s shot from a mile away and crack his skull open with a knee or punch.

I don’t know about wrestling - both are accomplished, and while Romero has the advantage of being more active in the last few years, Brock’s rust may be compensated for by his size advantage.
