This is great. I'm going to print it out. Almost seems too much. Overload.

This is what I like about Judo training. A lot but not too much to start out. Deceiving in the skill level it can impart. Yet there is nothing stopping anyone from slimming down this boxing program for new starters.

One thing I don't take to and is addressed in the vid below. And that's showing examples of Mike Tyson. Like all those references to Bruce Lee in that BKFC thread. We aren't chinese trained martial prodigies, not hulking mega athletes. We need pragmatic trainers. I get this correct vibe from the local boxing club owner. No glitz of superstar talk.
