General MMA Discussion & Future Lines - March, 2018

Man some brutal KO's tonight.

Hit my parlay Aguilera+Emmers+Simon. Small action but after a rough night in hoops, nice to cash this one and get some back.

Simon continues to be a force as the bantamweight champ. Gutted for my man Trent Meaux. He's a hard worker man and his fight against Ewell was short notice he didn't have to take it. Gutted for him. Aguilera and Emmers come through for me. Pretty fun night of fights overall as well.

Ricky Simon surely will be getting a UFC call-up with that huge first round KO. Three for three, and a good start to a non-UFC weekend for 3.0 units.

Dileno Lopes (+124) vs Islam Yunusov ~$99.00 for ~$122.76

So where is the Yamada love coming from? Nearly all of his fights have been against nobodies in small Japanese & Chinese promotions. Doesn't look great at all from what I've seen of him.

Arslanaliev looks a prospect; aggressive, well-rounded. Reminds me a bit of Roberto Soldic. Admittedly he's never seen round 2 so I guess people are banking on him blowing his wad early and Yamada surviving the onslaught.

In saying that anyone interested in playing Yamada you can still get him at +250 on UK books. But I actually want that -160 on Arslanaliev, they're so slow moving the line on this one.

He's sooo bad. Don't think I've ever seen a fighter pull mount multiple times in a fight lol.

Happy that was a freeroll wouldn't trust this dude with my $

Jeremy Miado @ 2.80 lands, just Bibiano to go to make it 2/2.

only saw round 3 of the skrivers fight, which he won. guess he must have lost the first two. oh well, value was definitely there.

Same, I just turned in for round 3 which I thought he won. No idea what happened in r1+2.

Won round 3. Not much happened in 1 and 2. Magomedov did very little damage and had most of his Take down attempts stuffed.

juice on ragimov looked justified. now need aliakbari to complete a double.

Not shocked that a veteran title holder like Bibiano Fernandes gutted out a close decision win over Martin Nguyen, but Jeremy Miado looked truly awful in his last bout, got outstruck on the feet and in the clinch, yellow carded and then TKOed by exhaustion. So to read that he KOed former Lumpinee stadium champion Dejdamrong in round 1 is very surprising. Dejdamrong must be truly cursed to lose yet again for the fourth time in his MMA career only at home in Bangkok. At least I won a little bit of money on ACB 83.
