Chin is cracked. Bisping is DROOLING at the prospect of the Chris being the next victim.

If anything, it proved Weidman can still take a hellacious shot. Kelvin has stopping power, we all know this, and he landed his signature punch right on the button. Not only did Weidman recover quickly, he came back to win the next round and ultimately the fight. Lots of guys would have been TKO'd from that shot.

The knee Romero snipped him with would have killed a horse. Luke hit him with a horrifying number of shots to TKO him.

Weidman still seems plenty durable. His fight IQ and grappling still looked very good as well. Overall though I'd say his athleticism has lost a step, and he's had knee, shoulder, elbow and finally neck surgery since joining the UFC. His body has had enough.

Broke down Chris probably still beats Bisping though. The 45 year, 13th ranked, retiring Hendo nearly murdered him. A completely shot Wand beat him. Luke was a very big win, but its essentially the only time Bisping has beaten an elite fighter in his entire career.

Tim Kennedy and Vitor didn't try to take Kelvin down other than the first part of round 1 where Tim was hugging him. Size is obviously a huge factor when it comes to takedowns and grappling. Chris knew he couldn't stand with Kelvin despite having the insane reach/size advantage so he had to desperately take him down where his size carried him.

Chris isn't a better fighter than Kelvin by any means hes just bigger. Weidman will go on to lose to every Top 10 Middleweight that isn't coming up from 170 and old washed up fighters like the past 4 fighters he beat before his losing streak. Kelvin will probably go on to be Welterweight champ.

Lmao it's called MMA, takedowns are part of the game. And they weren't desperation takedowns they were part of his game plan. It's not like he was rocked or getting his ass kicked on the feet and shot out of desperation.

And you say Weidman beat old washed up fighters before his losses, are you sure you're not talking about Gastelum? He beat post TRT Vitor who is retiring soon and Kennedy who hadn't fought in over 2 years
