Easy pick for me. Not only is Dumb & Dumber my fav PG-13 film of 1994, it's also my favourite film of 1994 and a top 3 90s film for me.

Forrest Gump I suppose. Hoop Dreams was quite good though. Reality Bites still might have my favorite Ben Stiller character.

This goes to Forrest Gump but SF 2: The Animated Movie was also pretty solid. If Street Fighter II V the animated series (same production, used some scenes) was a choice, I'd go with that. LMFAO at Double Dragon being one of the choices.

I was pretty young and dumb when it came out but damn this was an actual scene from the movie:



And I remember their "Dragon Wagon" computer telling them Abobo was dangerous because "he can bench 800 lbs." Lmfao this movie makes Beavis and Butthead look like Citizen Kane.

Have to say it, very overrate year in cinema.

Some good stuff like Pulp Fiction, Leon, Chungking Express but it was mostly slick blandsville coming from Hollywood

I think " The Shawshank Redemption" came out in 94 as well if memory serves.
