Extacly what is wrong with Cain Velasquez?

it great lol cause that exercise proven be bad for knees and place too much force on joints

Fact is, he never really beat Brock.

Brock hit him w/ the Dim Mak.

What has Cain done since he fought Brock?

Brock smashed Hunt and broke the Undertakers streak. That makes him like Werdum, but way better because Undertaker went longer than Fedor, and PRIDE was faker than WWE.

I notice that this happens to a lot of HW dudes, like the intense physical strain on that massive amount of flesh and muscle and bone causes difficulties in the body much more then an average sized or smaller athlete.

Let's see..

There's Cain. Brock. Carwin. Duffee. Probably many more you guys can think of.

Just think of practically EVERY SINGLE big guy you've ever seen.

Unpopular opinion alert:

Cain was just never 1/5th as good as so many of you were eager to believe. He could only do for, what, 3 years? What Fedor did for 10 years and 30 fights.

Fedor fought more often than Cain and didn't need to go into rehab every 2 months. Fedor showed better cardio than Cain EVER has. Fedor is just better in every single way. Skill. Resume. Longevity. Everything.

Cain is a great, amazing heavyweight, who still cant hold a candle to the GOAT.

Kayanne is still around, thought he was already shipped off to Bellator for some soopa fights

Exactly - The Night Brock Broke the Big Bad Bandito.

Since that fight, and within the last year, here's Brock -

Imagine Cain getting flatlined by Dan Henderson... lol.

Bone spurs that were pinching his sciatic nerve. If you’re sciatic nerve gets impinged, it cause a feeling on numbness and/or pain down the nerve. The nerves track from the lower back down to the foot. It’s not fun to manage.

Most times the impingement is caused by a herniated disc (what tiger woods has been going through). If his sciatica wasn’t caused by a herniated disc, he is lucky.

I'm pretty sure youre a troll but Ill respond anyways.

Fedor was already fading out of his prime fast.
it was an extremely "rare" 1 in a million punch/sequence.
He recovered immediately, until Dan bashed the very back of his head(100000% illegal) over and over
Dan could knock out anyone. Including Cain.

Strangely enough they also have the most longevity. In the years they don't hit there Peak until 30+

It's even funnier because it seems like a strength and conditioning coach was supervising him while he did those.

And that man's name is.....JOE GRASSO. The legend.

http://www.joegrassoelitetraining.com/joe-bio.php

At the tender age of 8, Joe Grasso began his influential immersion into the world of fitness. Lifting up to 10 hours a day, it became apparent that Joe would excel physically in many aspects of life, not to mention positively impact the lives of others.

The "out of prime so it doesn't count" excuse. How original.
