well his suspended sentence was for the same type of thing he was arrested for on friday. he was also nice enough to provide evidence of it himself. so Im guessing that he made their job easier

But has he been sentenced since Friday or is he just being held until he can appear before a judge this Tuesday? If so, he will be granted bail.
